Section 20:67:02:03 - Licensure required for each location

Separate licensure is required where separate operations are conducted at more than one location within this state by a single wholesale distributor. Out-of-state wholesale or other drug distributors shipping drugs into this state are required to license each separate location from which drugs are shipped to this state.
