Section 20:66:02:01.01 - Standards of ethical conduct for physical therapist assistants

A physical therapist assistant licensed in accordance with SDCL chapter 36-10 shall comply with the ethical standards as set for in the American Physical Therapy Association, Standard of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant, 2020.
