Section 20:66:01:01 - Fee amounts

The fees for the physical therapists and physical therapist assistants are as follows:

(1) Application for the initial license, one hundred twenty dollars;

(2) Biennial renewal of the license, one hundred twenty dollars;

(3) Reinstatement of a forfeited license, fifty dollars.
