An applicant for licensure by reciprocity as provided in SDCL 36-31-8 must file an application with the board on forms provided by the board. The applicant must submit a certified copy of the applicant's current valid license from another state, the District of Columbia, or territory of the United States, together with a copy of the application for licensure in that state, district, or territory.
