Section 20:62:02:09 - Reactivation of inactive license

The holder of an inactive license may reactivate the license by filing an application with the Board of Nursing. The applicant must submit written evidence of current certification as set forth in subdivision 20:62:02:02 (3), an affidavit that the applicant has committed no act of misconduct as set forth in SDCL 36-9A-29, evidence of holding an unencumbered South Dakota registered nurse license or privilege to practice, and the renewal fee required by subdivision 20:62:01:11(3) for the current biennial period.
