Section 20:53:08:02 - Underground irrigation licenses

Persons engaged in underground irrigation installation must have a special underground irrigation license issued by the commission. Such a license is not required of persons licensed as plumbing contractors, plumbers, or plumber apprentices under SDCL 36-25-1.
