Section 20:53:06:02 - License and examination fees

The license and examination fees are as follows:

(1) Sewer and water contractor initial license: $235;

(2) Sewer and water contractor initial examination: $100;

(3) Sewer and water contractor reexamination: $100;

(4) Sewer and water contractor annual license renewal: $235;

(5) Sewer and water installer initial license: $65;

(6) Sewer and water installer initial examination: $100;

(7) Sewer and water installer reexamination: $100; and

(8) Sewer and water installer annual license renewal: $65.
