A participating pharmacy may charge the recipient of a donated drug a handling fee, not to exceed a maximum of $25 to cover mailing, handling, or dispensing costs. A prescription drug dispensed through the prescription drug donation repository program shall not be eligible for reimbursement under any insurance or medical assistance program.
