An initial application may be denied if not received within the period specified in § 20:51:29:03. A renewal application may be denied if not received by the October thirty-first expiration date. Any registration not renewed before its expiration date is delinquent. An individual who continues employment as a pharmacy technician without a current registration may be subject to disciplinary actions as set forth in § 20:51:29:27.
