Section 20:51:21:05 - Labeling of unit dose and unit of issue package - Relabeling of unit dose and unit of issue system

Unit dose and unit of issue packages must be labeled in accordance with subdivision 20:51:13:02.01(5).

After any change in dosage or administration schedule, the pharmacy must relabel the unit of issue package no later than the next medication exchange.
