Section 20:51:06:01 - Application for pharmacy permit-Annual renewal required

A registered pharmacist actively conducting a pharmacy in the state of South Dakota shall apply each year to the board for a permit to conduct the pharmacy for the year ending June thirtieth on forms provided by the board. The fee is two hundred dollars.
