Section 20:51:05:18 - Partial filling of prescription for Schedule II controlled drug

A pharmacist may partially fill a prescription for a Schedule II controlled drug according to the procedures set forth in §§ 44:58:08:18 and 44:58:08:18. 01, C.F.R. §§ 1306.12 and 1306.13 (January 24, 2024).
