Section 20:51:02:05 - Renewal of certificate

Each pharmacy intern shall apply for renewal of his or her certificate before October 1 each year. A pharmacy intern who desires to continue in the practice of pharmacy in South Dakota shall file with the board an application in such form and containing such facts as the board may require for renewal of the certificate. The board shall issue a certificate to the applicant if the board finds that the applicant has continued his or her pharmacy education in accordance with the rules of the board and is entitled to continue in the practice of pharmacy.
