Section 20:50:12:06 - Costs of disciplinary actions

The board may assess against a licensee or applicant all or part of its expenses, including investigator and attorney fees, associated with a contested case proceeding which results in discipline action. If assessing such expenses, a statement of expenses shall be presented to the board or hearing examiner at the time proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law are submitted.
