Optometrists may not claim to have superior qualifications or to be superior to other similarly certified optometrists as to the equipment available for use in their practice or as to the quality of service they are able to render to their patients. An optometrist certified to prescribe and administer pharmaceutical agents may, however, indicate such qualifications.
