Section 20:49:04:03 - Conviction of felony

The board may refuse to issue a license if the applicant has been convicted, pled no contest, nolo contendere, pled guilty to, or been granted a deferred judgment or suspended imposition of sentence, or had prosecution deferred with respect to a felony.
