Section 20:48:03:05 - Proctoring the examination

The board shall proctor the examination, either directly or by contract with another entity, for an applicant seeking original licensure by this state or an applicant who has previously failed to pass the National Council Licensing Examination in this state or in another state, territory, or country. The applicant shall file an application as provided by § 20:48:03:01 and pay the fee prescribed by chapter 20:48:06.
