Section 20:48:02:02 - Filing and notice

When permitted or required by this article, notice shall be filed with or given to the board, unless otherwise specifically provided, in writing addressed to the South Dakota board of nursing and delivered in person or mailed to the board at its principal place of business. The date of filing or notice, unless otherwise specifically provided in this article, is the date upon which the document is received at the principal place of business of the board.
