Section 20:47:04:01 - Authorization of inspections

Inspections made pursuant to SDCL 36-4-22.1 shall be authorized by a member of the board who shall file with the executive secretary at the office of the board a written statement giving the name of the officer or board employee authorized to make the inspection and designating the place to be inspected. The board at a regular or special meeting may name officers or employees to make inspections without designating the places to be inspected.
