Section 20:45:05:14 - Notice of construction or alteration of crematories

The board must be notified at least 30 days prior to initiating construction of new crematories or permanent additions, alterations, or modification of existing crematories. A crematory must be constructed so as to comply with SDCL chapter 34-26 A as well as conform to all local building codes and environmental standards.
