Section 20:45:05:12 - Embalming requirements

In addition to the requirements of § 20:45:05:10, a crematory authority which embalms human remains must provide for a person licensed by the state Board of Funeral Service to perform the embalming in a facility licensed by the state Board of Funeral Service.
