Section 20:45:05:06 - Suspension or revocation of license

Pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26, the board may suspend or revoke a license issued under SDCL chapter 34-26 A on any of the following grounds:

(1) Violation by the crematory authority of the provisions of SDCL chapter 34-26 A or this chapter;

(2) Failure to allow board inspections; and

(3) Failure to correct violations in accordance with § 20:45:05:05.
