Section 20:45:02:04 - False listings

A listing in directories, newspapers, radio stations, television stations, or other printed or oral media indicating the location of a funeral establishment in a town, city, or community in which the listed funeral establishment is not located is considered false advertising and grounds for revocation of licenses.
