All refuse, bandages, cotton, and other waste materials shall be disposed of at the conclusion of each embalming case. All preparation rooms shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. All embalming tables, sinks, floors, receptacles, instruments, and other appliances used in the embalming of bodies shall be thoroughly cleansed and sanitized with a suitable and an effective sanitizing agent immediately at the conclusion of each embalming case.
