Section 20:44:24:05 - Minimum inspection fee

Inspection fees for carnivals or celebrations are charged to the owners and concessionaires in accordance with the following schedule:

(1) $10 for each ride or concession, or for a single concession generator or transformer;

(2) $5 for reinspection of each unit, if required; and

(3) $30 for inspection of transformers or generators.
