Section 20:44:20:12 - Fee for late corrections

If the corrections listed on an inspector's report are not completed within the specified time, the inspector shall issue a correction order and assess a $100 administrative fee. The inspector shall also assess a reinspection fee calculated according to § 20:44:20:10.
