Section 20:43:03:06 - Annual renewal of license - Renewal fees

Each person licensed to practice as a dentist or dental hygienist in South Dakota shall annually procure a certificate of registration from the board by July first. Each person licensed to practice as a dentist or a dental hygienist shall maintain a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation card from the American Heart Association for the Healthcare Provider, the American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer, or an equivalent program approved by the board. A dentist shall pay an annual registration fee of two hundred dollars plus a continuing education fee of twenty dollars, and a dental hygienist shall pay an annual registration fee of ninety five dollars plus a continuing education fee of twenty dollars.
