Section 20:42:06:11 - Restrictions on instructor's services

A person in the capacity of an instructor in a school may not receive any form of compensation other than the compensation as an instructor for performing cosmetology, esthetics, or nail services for the purpose of class demonstrations. Demonstrations in a school may not be conducted in areas other than a classroom.
