Section 20:41:14:04 - Qualifications of peer review committee

To hold a position on the peer review committee a member shall hold an active license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota which license is in good standing with the board and have held an active license to practice chiropractic in the state of South Dakota for a period of ten years.
