Section 20:41:13:10 - Exemption for chiropractors

Chiropractors licensed in South Dakota are exempt from all requirements of this chapter and the issuance of the annual renewal license as a chiropractor authorizes the chiropractor to practice chiropractic radiography without any additional certificate or fee.
