Section 20:41:10:10 - Purpose of disciplinary committee

There is hereby established a disciplinary committee, the members of which shall function at the will of the board. The purpose of the disciplinary committee is to review and promptly investigate any complaints of misconduct and violations filed in writing, signed by a complaining party or complaints brought forward by board resolution, and impose appropriate sanctions as established under this chapter to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the state of South Dakota.
