Section 20:36:05:02 - Board hears charges by resolution

The board may, whenever a majority of its members at any regular or special meeting of the board shall adopt a resolution for the purpose, specify and hear charges on any of such matters referred to in § 20:36:05:01 or otherwise permitted by law.
