An advance deposit wagering licensee must have in place security or authorization procedures to ensure that only authorized adjustments can be made to wagering accounts. The licensee shall ensure each adjustment is auditable, indicating who, what, when, the value before the adjustment, and the reason for the adjustment. All adjustments to an account balance for amounts of $500 or less must be periodically reviewed by supervisory personnel as set forth in the advance deposit wagering licensee's internal controls. All other adjustments must have a supervisor's approval before being entered.
