A patron must have an established wagering account in order to place wagers using advance deposit wagering. An account shall be established only through registration procedures pursuant to SDCL 42-7B-78. Where a single account is used for sports wagering and other gaming activities, wagering on sporting events must be identified, recorded, accounted for, and reported separately and distinctly from other gaming activities.
