Unless otherwise expressed, all records required by this chapter must be maintained for three years. Redeemed sports wagering tickets and sports wagering vouchers as described in chapter 20:18:35, shall be retained for a period of 90 days from the date of redemption. Redeemed sports wagering tickets and sports wagering vouchers may be destroyed after 90 days if the record of the transaction is retrievable from the sports wagering system reports.
