A licensee must immediately notify the executive secretary of surveillance equipment malfunction. The licensee must have a failure notification system that provides notifications of any recording failure within 15 minutes. The equipment malfunction must be repaired within 24 hours. If the repair cannot be made within 24 hours, the licensee must promptly submit a written report to the executive secretary setting forth the reason for the delay and giving an estimated date of repair.
