Section 20:18:20.01:01 - Chips and tokens sold for cash only

Chips and tokens used for gaming must be sold for cash only. No credit may be extended by a retail licensee. Checks may not be accepted for purchase of chips or tokens at gaming tables.

A retail licensee must redeem its own chips and tokens for cash at the value for which they were sold.
