Section 20:18:18.01:09 - Independent contractor exempt from licensing requirements

An independent contractor is not subject to licensing pursuant to SDCL chapter 42-7 B in connection with activities performed as an independent contractor provided that the independent contractor complies with the requirements of this chapter governing independent contractors.
