Section 20:18:18.01:04 - Payment for inspections

The licensed manufacturer is responsible for the costs of slot machine inspection. The commission or the testing facility with the commission or executive secretary's permission shall bill the licensed manufacturer. Inspections must comply with § 20:18:18:03.
