A licensee, other than a manufacturer, who converts a slot machine from one approved game configuration to another approved game configuration must notify the executive secretary prior to the conversion. If the conversion affects the payback percentage, the executive secretary must approve the conversion in writing. A licensee must maintain records of all such conversions.
A licensee using an approved server supported gaming system does not need to get prior approval before downloading any control program, game content, or other software resource from the server to the client terminals.
