Section 20:18:18:07 - Approval to modify slot machines - Applications and procedures

Modifications to slot machines may only be made by applicants who have received the prior written approval of the executive secretary. In an emergency, when a modification is necessary to prevent cheating or malfunction, the executive secretary may approve a modification in an expedited manner.
