Slot machines must be capable of detecting and displaying the following tilt conditions which an attendant may clear:
(3) Hopper empty or timed-out;(6) Hopper runaway or extra coin paid out;(8) Reel spin error of any type, including a mis-index condition for mechanical reels. The specific reel number must be identified in the error indicator;(9) In the final positioning of a reel, if the position error exceeds one-half of the width of the smallest symbol including blanks on the reel strip;(10) Low RAM battery, for batteries external to the RAM itself, or low power source;(11) Program error or authentication mismatch;(12) Stacker full. (The bill acceptor must disable itself to accept no more bills. The slot machine may not generate an explicit, stacker full, error message when the stacker is full); and(13) Paper low. A description of slot machine error codes in § 20:18:17:16 and this section and the meanings of such error codes must be affixed inside the slot machine. Hard meter readings must be recorded if the RAM is cleared.
