Section 20:18:16:19.01 - Exposed final card in seven-card stud poker

In seven-card low stud poker, seven-card high stud poker, or seven-card high-low split stud poker, if a player who is not the first player is dealt an exposed final card, the player with the exposed card has the option of being "all-in" before the betting round begins.

If the player receiving the final exposed card is the first player, all other players are dealt their final card face upward and the betting proceeds normally.
