Section 20:18:14.01:04 - Buy-in results in player's receipt of chips

As a result of a player's buy-in, the player receives a prescribed number of chips. Additional buy-ins are permitted in the executive secretary's discretion, however, unconditional additional buy-ins are prohibited.
