Section 20:18:13:04 - Report of methods of cheating on device

All manufacturers and distributors of gaming devices must report all discovered or suspected methods of cheating a device that may compromise the integrity of the device in any way. The report must be made to the commission or the executive secretary within 14 days after the discovery.
