Section 20:14:15:10 - Agreement with department for a South Dakota university or college to administer an experience training program

Any accredited South Dakota university or college seeking to administer an experience training program must enter into memorandum of understanding with the department that ensures the university or college will administer the experience training program in compliance with this chapter.
