The program administrator shall issue a certificate of completion to a candidate when the candidate successfully completes the requirements of the experience training program for the desired credential. The certificate must designate the specific appraiser credential that the candidate has achieved by completing the experience training program. The candidate may apply to the department for the specific appraiser credential designated in the certificate, which shall be issued if the candidate has satisfied all requirements, including passage of any Appraiser Qualifications Board Approved Appraiser National Uniform Examination required for the credential being sought.
