Section 20:14:04:12 - Assistance by registered trainee appraiser in preparation of appraisal reports

A registered trainee appraiser may assist in the preparation of an appraisal report in connection with a federally related transaction which requires the use of a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser as prescribed in this chapter if the registered trainee appraiser is directly supervised by a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser and the final appraisal document is approved and signed by a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser.
