Section 20:10:39:46 - Recording the secondary neutral voltage drop test data

Any person conducting the secondary neutral voltage drop test shall record the location of, and measured values at, each test point. Data and calculation results for these test points are recorded on the secondary neutral voltage drop test form on file with the commission.
