Section 20:10:39:38 - Reduced recording period for the 48 hour test

If a qualified analyst concludes that remediation by the utility is required because the preventive action level is exceeded and the portion of the stray current or voltage attributable to an off-farm source exceeds 50 percent of the preventive action level, the recording period may be reduced to no fewer than 24 hours.
